Job descriptionPaid vacation Complete 3–4 regional or local overnight trips each week. Operate company trucks in full compliance with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Load and unload cargo securely while ensuring load integrity. Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to confirm safe operating conditions. Report vehicle issues, accidents, or violations promptly to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety protocols for handling and transporting goods. Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery records, and incident reports in line with company and regulatory standards. Provide professional customer service, addressing questions or concerns as needed. Accurately complete and submit all required delivery documentation. Strategically plan and adjust routes to improve efficiency, reduce fuel use, and respond to traffic or road conditions. Valid CDL with a clean driving record Flexible for overnight travel during the week Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices Physically able to lift and move heavy loads Excellent time management and organizational skills
