What You'll Bring To The Table

A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing you get the idea)

Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant

A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)

Passion for leadership and team development

Previous restaurant experience

Ability to jump in and assist where needed

Pay Transparency

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $57,000.00$81,000.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and / or education.
