Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Agile software project / product management or delivery consulting

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and change management methodologies

Proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical delivery

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro

PROSCI certification or formal training in organizational change management is a plus
