Overview
The Sage Group’s client, a leading technology company, is hiring an Associate Creative Producer for its Ads Creative Services team. The role focuses on producing high‑impact audio and video content for global placements on platforms such as Amazon Music, Spotify, Prime Video, and FireTV.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high‑quality audio and video campaigns concurrently from concept to delivery.
- Averaging 5–8 projects per week with SLAs ranging from 5–15 days.
- Ensure creative excellence across all projects while maintaining efficiency.
- Coordinate effectively with internal creatives and third‑party production vendors.
- Oversee day‑to‑day production logistics, including voiceover casting, recording, and quality control, providing VO delivery and notes, mixing feedback, and creative approval.
- Maintain efficient workflows, file organization, production schedules, and clear communication with partners.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years hands‑on experience in creative asset production in ads or digital marketing.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from simple to complex.Proven track record of delivering high‑quality creative work (portfolio).Strong creative judgment and taste.Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.Outstanding communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies in creative production.Video editing experience (Adobe Suite).Experience with global brands.Proficiency in production and project management tools (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Frame.io).Audio production background (casting VO, directing talent).Experience in the tech industry (nice to have).Success Criteria
