Job descriptionOngoing support and collaboration with experienced therapists. $1,500 per year for continuing education or student loan repayment — your choice. 40 hours of paid CEU time each year, in addition to PTO. Access to 50+ free in-house CEU courses taught by expert clinicians. FREE medical plan option, plus dental & vision coverage. 401(k) match, profit sharing, and generous PTO. Competitive salary with monthly bonus opportunities. Sidekick AI documentation assistant to help reduce charting time. A strong Equity & Engagement commitment — every team member's voice matters. Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies. Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup. Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges. Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting). Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols. Participate in clinic research studies. Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain). Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes. Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
