Part or full-time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Yeadon, PA!

Responsibilities :

Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients

Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions

Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

Qualifications :

Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!

Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member

Good critical thinking / assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written / verbal communication skills and computers

Part-time

Pay :

$65.00-75.00 per hour (plus productivity bonus)

or $120,000.00-$160,000.00 (for FT - base plus productivity)
