Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems

Install new equipment and retrofit existing systems for efficiency and performance

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues using testing instruments and schematics

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC service and maintenance experience (commercial or industrial preferred)

Valid EPA Section 608 Certification

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigerants

Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
