Job Title : Customer Service Associate / Dispatcher

Location : Springdale AR (Onsite)

Contract Duration : 3 Months

Pay Rate : $21 / hr

Schedule :

• Shift Option 1 : SundayTuesday every other Saturday 8 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM
• Shift Option 2 : WednesdayFriday every other Saturday 8 : 00 PM 8 : 00 AM
• Training : MondayFriday 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM (approximately 3 weeks onsite)

Position Summary

The Customer Service Associate / Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating communication and workflow between carriers customers and internal sales / logistics teams. This role requires strong problem-solving ability high-volume email communication and the use of multiple dispatch and scheduling systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations. This is a floating role supporting multiple shifts and may require coverage during nights early mornings and weekends.
