Knowledge of lines / drains and safety procedures. #Tier2 Travel Compliance Compliance Expectations : Document due date is the Tuesday prior to start. RN License Policy : MI License must be active by start date. Recruitment should include pending license ETA in submission email, if applicable. Compact license not accepted in MI. Certification Policy : AHA preferred RTO Policy : Client has a 5 day maximum RTO policy, per contract. All RTO should be submitted at time of submission. EMR Policy : EPIC Experience preferred, training completed in orientation Return Traveler / staff Policy : If a core staff member leaves, they need to wait 1 year (12 months) prior to returning and should be ran through HR prior to submission Education Policy : All allied candidates must be able / willing to provide proof of HS level education (regardless of secondary education). This is a strict requirement. Sparrow Hospital ER : requires EPIC and trauma L1 experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, and TNCC. This is a strict requirement. Certifications may NOT pend beyond contract start.
