Austin Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications :

3+ Years Experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept

2+ Years in Austin, Texas—this is non-negotiable.

Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes

Ability to lead a fun, engaging, and professional environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to develop and mentor a team

Deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality

Self-driven with a desire to grow into a General Manager role

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Austin Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :

Support and develop team members

Conduct daily line checks to ensure quality and consistency

Prepare end-of-shift and daily financials

Follow operational best practices and uphold brand standards

Manage day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Foster a culture of integrity, hospitality, and teamwork

Build regular clientele and contribute to a collaborative team environment
