What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will :

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring profitability, schedule adherence, and top-quality delivery.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, earning trust through transparency and results.

Mentor and develop Project Engineers, interns, and other team members.

Partner closely with Superintendents to manage schedules, budgets, and jobsite operations.

Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on every project.

Identify opportunities to add value for clients and communities, including sustainability, innovation, and giving back.

Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience : Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven track record managing complex construction projects of varying sizes.

Leadership skills to inspire teams and resolve challenges with confidence.

Strong communication abilities - with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.

Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
