The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and shipping department, including transportation requirements. They will manage a team of direct reports to coordinate the movement of finished goods through the warehouses, rotating the finished goods inventory, and picking / packing / shipping the finished goods in compliance with company and customer requirements. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness of the warehouses, docks, and all related equipment. They will direct activities to limit costs, improve accuracy, and maintain exceptional customer service.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and assure all company safety programs and policies are followed.
• Track and maintain all shipping related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity, quality, and service level goals are exceeded.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate / review staff as required.
• Oversee warehouse supervisors and direct tasks and projects.
• Monitor and administer all backorders and substitutions.
• Promptly communicate backorders to customer service.
• Daily verification and reconciliation of ERP system including finished goods and raw materials.
• Oversee all warehouses spend and variances.
• Coordinate and manage cycle count and physical inventory process.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and functional.
• Order all materials and supplies for the warehouse and shipping department.
• Lead yearly reviews and goal setting for all direct and indirect reports.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.
