Facilities Support Specialist

Do you have experience in general maintenance, light construction, or landscaping? Staffmark is seeking a Facilities Support Specialist to assist the Facilities Manager at a busy manufacturing site in Centerbrook, CT. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility.

Pay : $18-$20 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Assist with light construction and demolition projects, including offices, breakrooms, and restrooms
• Move machinery, furniture, and equipment throughout the facility
• Perform yard and facility maintenance such as groundskeeping, parking lot cleanup, and general upkeep
• Support basic maintenance and electrical tasks, including cable pulling, light fixture replacement, and rack assembly
• Safely operate hand and power tools for both indoor and outdoor tasks
