Senior Identity Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst in the Information Technology field.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and user lifecycle management processes

Lead access certification programs and manage enterprise privileged access management initiatives

Provide mentorship to junior staff and conduct training sessions for clinical and business staff on IAM processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; or Associate's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in identity and access management or related field

Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and process improvement initiatives

One or more relevant professional certifications required (e.g., CISSP, Epic Security Administrator)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, cloud identity services, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
