What You’ll Do

• Create Impactful Dashboards : Design interactive, visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that help clients make smarter decisions.
• Own the Data Process : Build and maintain data models, connect to multiple sources, and perform ETL to prepare data for analysis.
• Leverage Advanced Analytics : Use DAX for sophisticated calculations and KPIs that drive business performance.
• Ensure Data Security : Implement row-level security and manage compliance standards.
• Collaborate & Influence : Work closely with clients, analysts, and developers to gather requirements, explain insights, and provide training.
• Optimize Performance : Monitor and fine-tune Power BI solutions for speed and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

Education :

Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; OR

Technical Expertise :

Power BI : Advanced report / dashboard development

Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret trends and turn data into actionable insights.

Soft Skills : Clear communicator, collaborative team player, and proactive problem-solver.
