This position provides a unique opportunity as a Physical Therapist on our dynamic team. The role will primarily involve providing advanced rehabilitation services to patients recovering from strokes and other conditions during day shifts, generally from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment, focusing on individualized patient care plans. This includes conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic protocols working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and functional independence.
