Now hiring for a Medical Collections Specialist!!! It will be 60 days of onsite training in Brooklyn Center, MN and then can be fully work from home after training!! Team members are eligible for bonuses / commission based on the amount that they collect on as an individual contributor and team. The collection team has great retention because of pay incentives and culture!!! Must have collections experience!!

The collections specialist is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from patients regarding their outstanding medical bills.

Explain to patients their insurance coverage, deductible, copay, etc.

De-escalate patient and address questions and concerns

Facilitate payment plans or obtain payment in full

Maintain patient records and documentation

Must haves :

1+ year of collections experience and solid job history tenure

Shift :

Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM (will need to work until 6 PM on Mondays or Tuesdays)

This is a contract to hire position based out of Brooklyn Center, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.32 - $20.32 / hr.
