Job Title : Controller

Location : On-site near West Brookfield, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $100,000- $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Controller) :

Direct all accounting and financial functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and reporting

Conduct month-end and year-end closings; ensure accuracy of financial transactions and statements

Oversee internal controls, compliance, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations

Prepare, revise, and analyze management reports; present insights and recommendations to improve performance

Qualifications (Controller) :

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with an understanding of GAAP, internal controls and financial systems

8+ years of progressive accounting management experience in Manufacturing preferred Strategic and collaborative mindset (controller)
