Job descriptionPay : $20.14 per hour Benefits : Eligible after 90 days (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service Opportunity for long-term employment and career growth Work under the supervision of a pharmacist to select, pick, package, and label medications for patient shipment Accurately count medications using manual and automated equipment Maintain proper hand hygiene and follow hazardous medication handling guidelines Assist with materials coordination, restocking, and packing orders as needed Perform inventory control, record keeping, and equipment cleaning Follow all safety protocols and work safely around moving conveyor systems Active California Pharmacy Technician License (national certification not accepted) High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Minimum 3 months of pharmacy technician experience Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift 5–10 lbs repeatedly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) Basic computer and data entry skills Familiarity with drug names, medical terminology, and basic pharmacology Excellent teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance required during the first 90 days Experience in a pick / pack / ship or warehouse environment Previous work in healthcare or pharmacy operations Background in material coordination or operations support

Schedule :
- Monday – Thursday : 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM
- Friday : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM
