Location : Montgomery, AL

Setting : Hospital (Flagship, Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, Primary Stroke Center)

Schedule : Night Shifts, 8 : 30 PM 6 : 00 AM, 7 on / 7 off

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join a dynamic team on night shifts in Montgomery, AL. This is an operations-focused role where you will serve as the primary pharmacist for the hospital overnight.

Responsibilities :

Serve as the main pharmacist for the hospital during night shifts.

Provide remote coverage for orders at the affiliated hospital overnight.

Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and other pharmacists to ensure safe and effective medication management.

Triage and manage workflow independently; support team-based patient care.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.

AL Pharmacist License required at time of interview or in progress, must be active prior to starting.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently while supporting a team.

NICU experience preferred.

Department Support :

Multiple pharmacists on duty during the day.

Two operations pharmacists until 3 : 00 AM, then one for a few hours.

Collaboration with medical providers and pharmacy technicians.

IVX (Sterile pounding Visual Checking System)
