About the Role

As the Vice President of Analytics, you are at the heart of our data-driven culture. You will lead an international team of product analysts, automation specialists, and their leaders. In this role, you\'ll deliver significant business impact by identifying high-quality insights and recommendations that are grounded in your ability to combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with well-thought-through analysis.

You will be our analytics visionary leader, fostering a culture of innovation that gives rise to ground-breaking business opportunities. You\'ll harness the power of controlled testing, predictive ML, and generative AI to build products that help millions of people across the world.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing global analytics team, building future leaders while driving business impact.
• Partner with initiative leaders and executives to embed analytics into strategic priorities, ensuring insights translate into measurable results.
• Drive the company\'s experimentation program, implementing A / B, multivariate, Bayesian, sequential, pre-post, and causal impact analyses to fuel growth.
• Research and implement advanced analytics methodologies, including predictive ML and generative AI, to improve customer experience and drive business value.
• Evangelize analytics and AI developments across the organization, building adoption and excitement.
• Build a deep understanding of the business from acquisition to retention and deliver insights that lead to operational improvements and new growth opportunities.
• Partner with data engineering to ensure access to reliable, trustworthy data pipelines that enable rapid decision-making.
• Anticipate future needs and build the foundation to support analytics, experimentation, data science, and AI / ML at scale.
• Participate in strategic planning and connect company vision to the analytics roadmap and OKRs.
