Your Role as a Raintown Realty Agent :

Lead Follow-Up : Convert opportunities into sales through diligent lead follow-up.

Client Relationship Building : Understand client needs to create more sales opportunities.

Consultations with Buyers & Sellers : Provide expert guidance to help clients find their perfect home.

Showcase Listings : Host open houses to attract potential buyers and highlight our properties.

Transaction Management : Ensure smooth and seamless transactions from start to finish.

Expand the Business : Use your expertise to attract new clients and fuel the continued growth of Raintown Realty.

Local Market Expertise : Stay up-to-date with local market conditions and be ready to provide clients with expert advice.

What We’re Looking For :

Sales Experience (Preferred) : While sales experience is an asset, it’s not a requirement.

Tech-Savvy : Embrace technology and new tools in the fast-paced world of real estate.

Strong Communicator & Networker : Master the art of communication and negotiation to close deals.

Motivated & Driven : Show resilience, determination, and the ability to tackle challenges head-on.

Real Estate License (Required) : A valid real estate license is a must, but we’ll help you obtain one if you don’t already have it.
