Production Worker

Responsibilities

Sort donated materials from carts while maintaining productivity standards Make quick quality and cleanliness decisions on merchandise Properly separate usable items into designated departments; route non-usable or recyclable items as directed Sort a variety of goods including clothing, linens, accessories, shoes, and household items Move and stage carts safely; request assistance as needed Maintain a clean and hazard-free workstation Demonstrate awareness of brand-name merchandise Assist team members and other departments as needed Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs. for extended periods Work performed in a warehouse with concrete flooring Role involves handling used items that may require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves or masks when needed Must maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area at all times Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
