Summary

We are hiring Lube Technicians who work fast, precise, and by the book. Your job is simple : protect every engine that rolls into our lanes and keep customers coming back with clean, consistent work.

Essential Duties

Execute repair orders accurately and efficiently to dealership and factory standards

Perform oil and filter changes; drain / refill to spec; reset maintenance indicators

Inspect and top off all fluids ; check and set tire pressures

Lubricate chassis and moving components per OEM procedures

Perform safety inspections and recommend needed maintenance (no games, just facts)

Communicate with Parts to secure the right components the first time

Document all work on the RO-clear, complete, and compliant

Keep customer vehicles and the shop spotless ; report equipment issues immediately

Complete assigned OEM / manufacturer training and stay current on bulletins

Follow OSHA / hazardous-waste and dealership safety policies without exception

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred ; automotive tech coursework a plus

Entry-level friendly -prior lube / quick-service experience is a plus, not required

Valid driver's license with a clean, reliable driving record

Comfortable using basic shop tools, torque specs, and service information systems

Detail-driven, organized, professional communicator

Physically able to safely lift and maneuver wheels / tires and service equipment
