Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our physician-led, community-focused health system in Penn Yan, NY. This role offers the perfect blend of professional autonomy and collaborative support in an outpatient-only setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services in a modern outpatient setting
  • Manage and coordinate patient care across the healthcare spectrum

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Current New York state medical license (or eligible)
