We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist!

We're looking for someone who's great at solving complex technical issues and enjoys working independently. This role is all about supporting our customers and consultants with top-notch technical help—especially around SQL Server and application troubleshooting.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping customers and consultants with technical issues using your deep knowledge of support best practices.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems—this isn't just basic support.
Writing SQL queries to dig into data and help resolve issues.
Working with internal teams (like dev and escalation) to get things fixed and keep everyone aligned.
Supporting advanced features and integrations in our CSC application suite.
Logging bugs and working with the dev team to get them addressed.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in technical support, especially with SQL Server.

Someone who's worked in a production support environment before.

A problem-solver who's comfortable working independently and making judgment calls.

A collaborative mindset—you'll be working across teams and need to communicate clearly.

Bonus if you've worked with healthcare software or are familiar with industry standards and regulations.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00 / hr.
