This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 5 years of skilled remodeling and interior finishing and ideally basement finishing experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. Experienced Carpenter / Basement Finisher Requirements :

• 5 years of finished carpentry work including framing walls, hanging doors, installing ceilings, and fllooring.
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Be a team player
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and / or ladder safety training preferred

Experienced Carpenter Compensation : Production pay based on revenue generated on the job. Experienced and efficient installers have high earning potential.

Experienced Carpenter Minimum Requirements :

• Construction / Carpentry : 2+ years
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license

Lake Country Basement Finishing is the sister company of the Twin Cities North branch of The Brothers that just do Gutters. This branch is expanding and is a rapidly growing, locally owned distributor of specialized basement finishing system.
