Employed model : This is a W-2 position with full support staff provided. There is also a full benefit package provided that includes health / dental / vision, 401k,deferred compensation, CME allowance, malpractice / tail insurance coverage. 1st year guarantee based on FMV and then income is based on a productivity model (wRVU basis) after the guaranteed period.
