Job descriptionServes as a role model and provides guidance in delivering excellent patient care. Mentors and develops staff to improve their skills and expertise. Collaborates with other departments to achieve operational efficiency and communicate effectively. Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas. Is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Possesses a minimum of five years of experience in critical care nursing. Has three years of experience in unit-specific or procedure-based nursing. Has a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Demonstrates expertise in a specialty area such as cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology.
