Compensation :

  • 33% commission on adjusted production
  • Guaranteed base pay of $40 / hour
  • Typical annual earnings : $83,200 – $156,000+
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities

    • Your Role :

  • Provide top-quality hygiene care (cleanings, SRPs, adjuncts, perio maintenance, etc.).
  • Educate and empower patients on how to improve their oral health.
  • Work closely with our dentists and assistants to create comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment for both patients and the team.

    • Who We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed Dental Hygienist (New grads are welcome!)
  • A person who thrives in connecting with both patients and teammates.
  • Detail-oriented, but enjoys a fun and engaging work environment.
  • A team player who’s flexible, positive, and motivated.

    • Schedule Options :

  • Full-time or part-time
  • Monday–Thursday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
  • Friday mornings (optional)
