Summary : In this role, you will evaluate organizational compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) conditions of participation, with an emphasis on physical plant, life safety and emergency management.

Responsibilities :

• Document accreditation / regulatory compliance deficiencies and strategies for compliance.
• Provide educational presentations on accreditation topics to various member venues.
• Participate in internal quality assurance reviews, performance improvement tracking, trending, analysis and action planning.
• Provide strategic planning and recommendations related to post accreditation survey activities that involve clarifications, corrective action plans and submission of evidence of standards compliance.
• Function as a customer service liaison with our members and peers.

Qualifications :

Estimated Hiring Range : At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
