Salary : $250,000-$300,000

Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic legal counsel on all employment-related matters.
- Advise on wage and hour compliance, OSHA regulations, workers compensation, benefits, hiring, and termination.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of company handbooks and employment agreements to align with all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business units to mitigate legal risk.
- Monitor and interpret employment law developments and regulatory changes.
- Manage and resolve complex employment issues.
