Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate LPN to join a rehab facility in Clovis NM. This night shift role involves delivering high-quality patient care supporting rehabilitation goals and assisting the clinical team with daily nursing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patient conditions and document changes

• Support rehab-focused care plans and patient recovery goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Active LPN license

• Ability to work night shift

• Previous rehab or long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and patient care skills
