Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the shop floor tidy and organized. Equipment Operation : Operate various hand and power tools as directed, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred; relevant technical training may be beneficial. Experience : Previous experience is advantageous but not always required. Technical Skills : Familiarity with tools and machinery can be beneficial. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Physical Stamina : Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
