Beds : 21 | Staff : 35

Ratios : 1 : 4 (max 1 : 5)

EMR : MediTech

Equipment : Bedside monitors, EKG, bladder scanner, lab draws

Float To : Med / Surg Telemetry

Requirements :

1+ year IMCU / Stepdown experience

Certs : BLS, ACLS

Skills : Drip titration (Diltiazem, Nitro, Heparin), rhythm recognition

Schedule :

Weekends : Every other

Shifts : 3x12s, days or nights

Scrubs : All navy
