Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Merchandising Coordinator for our client in the Raleigh, NC area. Headway Hospitality specializes in providing top-tier workers to clients through our proven recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce management methods.

The Merchandising Coordinator will support the Merchandising Team by handling key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. This role offers a pay rate of $23.10–$24.10 per hour. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour work week from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, and is temporary with the potential for conversion to a full-time role.

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will :

• Assist in the provision and analysis of product and customer data under the direction of more senior category analysts and managers. Typically requires strong numerical and analytical skills, along with commercial awareness.
• Assist in the analysis of financial trends involving sales, wastage, profit margins, pricing, and promotion trends.
• Assist in the analysis of customer trends such as customer segmentation, destination departments, demographics, and market share.
• Assist in the analysis of product and market trends.
• Keep abreast of competitor trends on all of the above.
