Job Title : Travel Home Health RN

Location : Delco, NC

Type : Contract

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : MondayFriday, 85, with possible weekend rotation and on call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a travel contract in Delco, NC. This position requires strong clinical skills, independence in the field, and the ability to manage OASIS documentation efficiently. The RN will provide compassionate care while supporting patients in achieving their best health outcomes at home.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform patient admissions, routine visits, and discharges

Accurately document patient care in OASIS using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Deliver direct nursing interventions including wound care, injections, and chronic disease management

Teach patients and caregivers about self-care strategies and preventive health

Maintain open communication with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications :

Current NC RN license in good standing

At least 2 years of RN experience, with 1 year in home health required

OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) proficiency

BLS certification (active)

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
