Monday Night Brewing seeks a full-time Assistant General Manager for The Grove taproom. The Assistant General Manager will directly support the General Manager with business operations, including facilitating and living out the Monday Night culture, vision and vibe..

Responsible for in-person training for newly hired back of house and front of house employees with assistance from the Kitchen Manager and General ManagerExemplify core values and continue to instill them into the teamExecute private events working closely with your leadership teamEnsure guests have an excellent experience with our products and service expectations from entering to leavingDaily or as needed keg load-in and load-out, lifting up to 100 lbs.Responsible for opening and / or closing checklists for the bar, kitchen, dining, common areas, and patioAssist in ensuring restaurant has inventory of all items to support our sales needsUse a point-of-sale system to ring up all transactions, as well as manage open bar tabsPrepare drinks, pizza and all other items we sell according to prescribed menus and portioning standardsServe drinks and food items to customers in the taproom and patio areasResponsible for safe practices at all times and assisting with the cleaning of the taproom including seating areas, restrooms, bar areas, kitchen, dish pit, patios, parking lot, etc.Follow the guidelines for the taproom and patio experience including music selection and volume, video display, games, etc.Work with marketing and other management to make sure that all marketing posters and signage is up to date and correct; Attend weekly round table marketing meetings as needed.
