\nWe are seeking a dedicated RN-Home Health for an exciting travel assignment with Amedisys Home Health #2156 in Rock Hill, SC. This position offers you the opportunity to deliver compassionate care in patients’ homes while enjoying the vibrant community of Rock Hill. As a Registered Nurse in home health, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing skilled nursing care, education, and support to help patients recover and maintain independence. The facility is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to high-quality patient outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development.\nRequired qualifications include an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina, at least one year of recent clinical experience in home health or acute care, strong assessment and communication skills, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple cases, and adapting to changing patient needs.\nRecommended experience includes prior work in home health settings, familiarity with wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.\nRock Hill, SC, is a welcoming city with a blend of historic charm and modern amenities.
