Office Manager / Executive Assistant (In-Office)
We are seeking a sharp, reliable office manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy service business. This role is critical to keeping the owner organized, the schedule running smoothly, and customers taken care of. The right person is organized, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
This is a full-time, in-office role (7:30 am 5:00 pm).
Responsibilities
- Directly support the owner by managing calendars, priorities, and daily scheduling
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and confidence
- Schedule service calls and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Keep the office organized: filing, paperwork, documents, and records
- Draft emails, basic correspondence, and internal notes
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Be the steady point of contact in a fast-moving, sometimes high-pressure environment
- Ability to create post and maintain accounts

- Prior experience in an office assistant, administrative, or front-office role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communication - both written and verbal
- Able to stay calm, professional, and organized in a high-volume setting
