A company is looking for a Marketing Analyst (Marketing Operations) to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing performance across various channels and report on campaign effectiveness
Define and standardize metrics, ensuring data accuracy across marketing platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or business analytics
Strong analytical skills with a focus on connecting data to business outcomes
Advanced proficiency in Excel and / or Google Sheets, along with experience in BI and data visualization tools
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
