A non-profit hospital system in northwest Indiana is adding a Family Medicine physicianto its team of primary care physicians 35 miles from downtown Chicago. This established healthcare system is steadily expanding in virtually all physician service lines. Their physicians work well together and are eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices.
About the Opportunity :
- Join 6 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- Monday-Friday work week. No weekends
- 36 clinical hours per week
- Average daily patient census 20-24
- Call is 1 : 6 (phone call only)
- EPIC EMR
- Opening due to retirement
