Onsite / Hybrid / Remote : Remote
Duration : 12 months
Rate Range : Up to$92.5 / hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have :
- Oracle EBS R12 (core financials : AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Purchasing, BOM)
- Strong SQL / PL / SQL and query tuning skills
- Deep understanding of EBS backend tables and data model
- RICE component development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
- API development and integration (REST / SOAP; API Wizard exposure preferred)
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases
- Unix / Linux Shell scripting
- Knowledge of AWS or Cloud deployment concepts
- Exposure to Graph Database (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with Agile or SDLC methodologies
Responsibilities :
Support the internal systems, focusing on EBS-based integrations, customizations, and automation.Work across production support, small enhancements, and major project initiatives , flexing between tasks as priorities shift.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly while maintaining strong communication with project managers and stakeholders.Analyze existing Oracle EBS processes and design technical enhancements leveraging APIs, PL / SQL, and automation frameworks.Develop, tune, and optimize SQL queries to ensure system performance and reliability.Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers in a small, high-performing team environment.Participate in technical design, estimation, testing, and release documentation.Mentor peers and assist in onboarding, providing guidance on EBS data structures, integration patterns, and system processes.Support change management, deployment activities, and end-user training as needed.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience developing multi-tier business applications.Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 (including RICE components).Minimum 3 years of experience developing custom APIs in on-prem or cloud environments.Proven experience in SQL tuning and debugging complex PL / SQL procedures.Understanding of Oracle EBS data model and ability to identify core table structures.Strong problem-solving and communication skills; must be proactive and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.Ability to learn and understand unique business processes (publishing, inventory, manufacturing-like flows).Java development experience is preferred and provides an edge for future API development initiatives.
