Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on organizational strategy and culture
Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, and benefits to ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR role
Experience in private equity-backed companies with direct engagement with Boards
Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and executive compensation strategies
Expertise in modern HR practices including culture shaping and HR technology
