Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end research process, including study planning, participant recruiting, and reporting
Generate actionable insights by partnering with product managers and designers on tactical research
Influence teams through impactful deliverables and advocate for user-centered practices across the organization
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Interaction Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in user research for digital products, preferably for technical users
Strong understanding of user needs and ability to generate actionable insights
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools
Experience in conducting mixed-method research studies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
