As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol in Rochester, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a retail environment, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for customers, employees, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises using a company vehicle as needed. You will also interact with the public, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of Allied Universal. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Wed 06 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Thur 12 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
