Senior Program Manager | GTI Energy – Facility & Production Expansion Company Overview

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning and execution of new manufacturing facilities and production lines. This high-impact role will work directly with Company ownership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic facility launches while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and business alignment.

Position Overview

The Senior Program Manager will lead the planning and sustainment teams in designing, launching, and optimizing new manufacturing facilities. This role requires strong leadership, cross-departmental coordination, and risk assessment capabilities to ensure the successful execution of facility openings and production expansions.

Key Responsibilities Facility Planning & Execution

• The Senior Program Manager will oversee planning and implementation teams for launching new manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with Company ownership to develop and execute strategic facility expansion plans.
• Establish budgets, schedules, and operational strategies to ensure smooth facility launches.
• The Senior Program Manager will monitor and enforce timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
