About the Role :
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and managing all operational functions during their shift. Working collaboratively with our management team, the CNC oversees nursing care, acts as a resource for staff, and embodies our organization’s values to ensure exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Streamline the admission and discharge processes for optimal patient care.Engage in continuous assessment of patient care quality in conjunction with management.Foster a collaborative work environment that enhances outcomes and patient service.Promote a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery when needed.Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and operational practices.Contribute to staff recruitment and development, fostering a skilled team.Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in alignment with patient care requirements.Ensure effective inventory control and proper management of supplies and equipment.Qualifications : Experience :
A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical setting.Experience in an acute care environment is preferred.Prior experience in a Pediatric Emergency Department is a plus.Education :
An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Licenses and Certifications :
