As a Hospice Nurse Manager, you will share your vision by leading a hospice interdisciplinary team and ensuring excellent clinical and social care. • Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment to promote understanding of and response to patient and family needs\n\n
• Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities\n\n
• Develop and mentor future hospice leaders\n\nQualifications for Hospice RN Nurse Manager : \n\n
• Passion for focusing on hospice care (Former Hospice experience required)\n\n
• Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team\n\n
• Registered Nurse, BSN or Masters preferred\n\n
• Management experience strongly preferred.\n\nCompensation : \n\n
• Base Salary : $95,000-$100,000 / year depending on qualifications,\n
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus\n\n
