You love the details : coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring every part of a program runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing :

Program Operations & Logistics (Pre-Program & Summer Focus)

• Support scheduling, onboarding, housing coordination, and weekly program logistics.
• Assist with preparing materials, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Program Manager and broader internship team.
• Help ensure all program activities run efficiently and align with established plans.
